A good building candidate for the pilot program is a mid or high rise building located in New York City with single-pane windows. However, all buildings are encouraged to apply for consideration so our energy engineers can evaluate your potential improvement.
The selected project will be financed through a combination of client funds, NGS funding and utility company rebates, which means you get the energy efficiency benefits of a next-generation product at little to no cost.
